How To Earn Points?

For every bet you make on Slots, Mini Games or Sports events, you gain VIP Points (STARS). For every $1 bet placed on MyStake, you earn 0.1 STARs. Every $100 bet brings you 10 VIP points, accordingly.

STARs can be traded into fungible items (Cash, Free Spins, Free Bets, etc). You can exchange the Stars into cash prizes, free spins, sport free bets and bonus money in the Galaxy Marketplace. Trading with your VIP points does NOT affect your VIP level progress.

How does the Galaxy VIP Lobby Work?

There are multiple ways to exchange your Stars into fungible prizes. Simply go to your Galaxy Dashboard and see the available options. You can simply purchase Marketplace items or gamble the Stars balance on a Lucky Wheel for a chance of a bigger prize.

The Store

If you have enough Stars balance, you can directly purchase any Marketplace item that is available for your VIP level. After purchasing a marketplace item, the relevant Stars (which are written on the purchase button) will be deducted from your Stars balance and a relevant item will be added to your account (Free Spin, Cash, etc…). Please always double check that you do not have any active bonus during purchasing cash from the marketplace.

Lucky Wheel

You can buy the Lucky Wheel spins with the Stars balance. Each individual wheel has its own Spin price, which will be deducted from your Stars balance. The wheel / lucky Lootbox can contain different prizes, ranging from low to high benefits.

Some wheels may also contain “Bankrupt” which means that you will end up spending the Stars without getting any benefit. However, some wheels may contain higher cash prizes than the marketplace items would offer. It’s up to the player to choose between marketplace items and Lucky Wheel.

After finishing the Lucky Wheel spin, you will instantly receive the prize that you won. You must return to the website and use the prize item. If you do not receive the prize instantly, please contact our Live Support.

You can check your Lucky Spin game history on the VIP dashboard by clicking the “History” button in the upper right corner. There you will be able to see what was the outcome (prize) of your last spin in case you missed it on animation.

How Can I Claim My Rewards?

Marketplace items are loaded to your account as soon as you complete the purchase.
Loyalty wheel items are loaded to your account as soon as your wheel spin is finished.
LEVEL UP FREE SPINS: As soon as you get promoted to the new level, the relevant amount of free spins will be automatically granted to your account. (Please allow a maximum of 10 minutes delay for granting you free spins)
Weekly Cashback Percentage is determined by your current VIP level. You will receive weekly cashback every Monday. Wait for an email / check your account on Monday evening to see if you’ve been awarded.
- Weekly cashback is a bonus with 15x Wager requirements, and a maximum withdrawal of 5x the bonus money.
- Starting from Level 7, the weekly cashback is wager-free and is pure cash.
Starting from Level 5, you are entitled to request a personal VIP manager. Ask for the contact information of your VIP manager in the Live Chat or at support@mystake.email as soon as you reach level 5.

1) Excluded Bets

Bets made on Live Casino Games do not participate in the VIP loyalty system.
Mini Games bets cashed out with less than 1.3x odds do not participate in the loyalty system.
For sports bets, the points are rewarded only after the betslip status is finalized (won/lost).
Roulette slots, double option slots, and video poker are excluded from the VIP system. See the list of all excluded games.
During an active bonus, your points are 0.5% of your total bets.

2) Wagering Requirements

The redeemed cash is free of any wager requirements and can be instantly withdrawn, unless it contradicts other terms and conditions of MyStake.
With the bonus amount generated from the Loyalty System (Store, Loyalty Wheel), the max withdraw amount (after completing wager requirements) is 100x the amount that was claimed as a bonus or $10,000 / equivalent in your currency.
In case you decide to redeem cash during an active bonus, please note that the rules of an active bonus will apply to the redeemed cash.

3) Misuse Warning

Any attempt to outsmart the VIP point system by implementing any strategies to earn points will result in your account being excluded from the VIP system.
